This package includes:

• Access to me through phone, text, and email - Once you choose me as your doula, you may reach out to me at any time with questions or concerns. I have an extensive resource list that I can make recommendations from as well.

• 1-2 prenatal/home visits - These prenatal visits are opportunities to discuss comfort measures and practice pain relief techniques to see what feels good for you. If you are having a home birth, this is a great opportunity for you to show me your birthing area. If you are experiencing discomfort, I can come provide some relief and teach you and a birthing partner some techniques to use at home in the weeks leading up to birth.

• Help with creating a birth plan - a birth plan is an important part of preparing for labor and is a helpful way to communicate your preferences to your birth team

• On-call 24/7 in the weeks before and after your due-date - even if you’re not sure if you’re in labor yet, give me a call or text me.

• continuous labor support through up to 2 hours after birth - I stay with all families at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours after delivery to ensure that they feel comfortable, settled, and ready to rest.

• Photos/videos taken throughout your labor, using my smart phone and then sent to you shortly after your birth. This is optional, and up to your own comfort level.

• Help with breastfeeding immediately after birth

• Up to 2 postpartum visit - This visit is an opportunity to reflect on your birth, see how you’re adjusting, and see if you need any resources.
