Doula services start with a free consultation. In this meeting, we will discuss your needs, and how I may be able to serve you. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other to determine if we are a good fit. The free consult typically lasts 30-60 minutes.
Birth Doula Services
$1,800
This package includes:
Access to me through phone, text, and email - Once you choose me as your doula, you may reach out to me at any time with questions or concerns. I have an extensive resource list that I can make recommendations from as well.
1-2 prenatal/home visits - These prenatal visits are opportunities to discuss comfort measures and practice pain relief techniques to see what feels good for you. If you are having a home birth, this is a great opportunity for you to show me your birthing area. If you are experiencing discomfort, I can come provide some relief and teach you and a birthing partner some techniques to use at home in the weeks leading up to birth.
Help with creating a birth and postpartum plan - a birth plan is an important part of preparing for labor and is a helpful way to communicate your preferences to your birth team. A postpartum plan helps you prepare for the weeks after baby arrives.
On-call 24/7 in the weeks before and after your due-date - even if you’re not sure if you’re in labor yet, give me a call or text me.
continuous labor support through up to 2 hours after birth - I stay with all families at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours after delivery to ensure that they feel comfortable, settled, and ready to rest.
Photos/videos taken throughout your labor, using my smart phone and then sent to you shortly after your birth. This is optional, and up to your own comfort level.
Help with breastfeeding immediately after birth
Up to 2 postpartum visit - This visit is an opportunity to reflect on your birth, see how you’re adjusting, and see if you need any resources.
How it works:
A $450 deposit is due upon signing of the contract. This is 25% of the fee and is used to reserve my availability for your due date. The remainder is due by 35 weeks unless otherwise arranged with me. This can be done in installments, or all at once. I will work with you to come up with a plan that works for your family.

How it works:
After our consult, we will discuss the type of care you need, and how many postpartum shifts you would like to schedule. A deposit of $280 for daytime care or $360 for overnight care is due upon signing of the contract. This covers 8 hours of care and is used to secure my availability. The remainder of the fee will be due two weeks before our last scheduled postpartum shift. This can be done in installments, or all at once. I will work with you to come up with a plan that works for your family. You can add additional postpartum care hours at any time by letting me know and signing a new agreement.
